The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department's executive leadership team combines decades of service across every facet of public safety from front line fire operations and emergency medical response to large-scale disaster management. Guided by their knowledge and commitment, JFRD continues to meet the evolving needs of a growing city while upholding its mission to protect lives, safeguard property, and strengthen our community. 

The executive staff provides oversight and direction for the department's six divisions: Operations, Rescue, Training, Fire Prevention, Emergency Preparedness, and Administrative Services. Together, these leaders ensure that JFRD maintains the highest standards in emergency response, workforce, and community engagement.
